Let's build the collaborative leaders our world needs

JST brings thirty years of leadership development expertise with people working for social change. We design and deliver tailored programmes that strengthen collaborative leadership, build trust across difference, and equip people to navigate complexity with purpose and confidence. We believe in the power of collaboration and always welcome a conversation with organisations whose mission aligns with ours, about how we might work together.

Leadership development grounded in real-world complexity

Effective leadership today demands more than technical skill. It requires the ability to build trust, work across divides, hold space for difficult conversations, and lead with integrity when the path forward is uncertain.

JST has been developing these capabilities in leaders across Europe, the South Caucasus and Central Asia for three decades. We bring that depth of experience – and our extensive cross-border network – to organisations seeking to develop collaborative, values-driven leaders who can drive meaningful and lasting change.

Whether your organisation is based in the UK or operating in the regions we work across, we would love to discuss any opportunities to design a programme together.

People being shown around inside a hydrogen facilityI realised that leadership is not only about making decisions or managing projects—it is equally about understanding and managing emotions, building trust, and creating space for others to contribute fully. The exercises on emotional awareness and authentic communication made me reflect on how I approach my work in Armenia, especially when coordinating multiple stakeholders on urban development projects.

It helped me see that even technical or policy-focused work benefits enormously when leaders are attuned to people’s perspectives, motivations, and concerns.
