Our programmes draw on an extensive network of senior leaders, experts and coaches. Connecting fellows with trusted partners is fundamental to our strategy and the success of our programmes. When we bring fellows to the UK, the aim is not to showcase a model as a blueprint to replicate. Instead, we aim to provide opportunities for a genuine exchange with policymakers, parliamentarians, community organisers, journalists, academics and practitioners on the shared challenges our societies face, strategies for navigating diverse policy perspectives and the lessons learnt from trying to lead change. Fellows bring their own expertise and perspective to these conversations, making the learning reciprocal and often resulting in long term collaborative relationships.
