Professional focus at time of Fellowship

To reform Kazakhstan’s tax policy by tackling the low level of trust in the Government’s tax administration creating a new tax code which aims to increase the country’s currently low level of tax revenue. To achieve this, Adil hopes to learn from UK practices in fiscal policy, and behavioural and experimental economics.
